This is exactly why being prepared for your period at school or when you're out and about is so important, because periods don't always arrive when we expect them to!

If you find yourself stuck in a toilet cubicle with no pad, no period products and no toilet paper, try not to panic. It feels like a disaster in the moment, but I promise you're not the first person this has happened to. ❤️
