Hi Vicki, my appetite has randomly gone down recently, and I occasionally have rlly bad stomach aces and nausea (the nausea isn’t really bad) are the stomach aches a sign that my first period will come soon? I’m not losing any weigh or anything, but I feel like it might be some kind of gluten intolerance because I get it a lot when I eat bread or pasta. I’ve never had a problem with this before so idk what to do. Can you help? TYSM😉xx

Hi Vicki, I'm close to my mam in a way that all my friends envy, I tell her the gossip at my school, I'm allowed to swear around her, she's rlly chill, she makes great snacks, overall she's a great mam. However (and I think these are on my actually) I don't open up to her about things (she found out about my self harm accidentally, and doesn't rlly know what to do and her and my dad's attempts at helping are just making everything worse but I really can't say that), I also don't talk to her about hygiene/looking after myself. My mental health is bad, real bad, I cant brush my teeth most of the time, or look after myself at all really, and she has no idea. Also I have had to teach myself things that should be taught to me, such as using a tampon, dealing with period leaks in the middle of the night, shaving ect. This is kind of a rant, and also I've tried to teach myself to shave but it just doesn't work on my legs or arms, or down there, in fast it only works on my armpits. How do I actually shave?

This one is for the boys. How do you know it you're circumcised? My foreskin never covers the tip of my penis, it just sits between the head and shaft. I can't see any scars and we aren't religious?

XCkUf here ok so your ideas are really good but something I forgot to mention is I have a loft bed with might sound like if won't make a difference but it kinda dose and also I don't make my bed cuz it won't tuck in and it still looks rlly messy and my room is small so I can't put my tablet with my alarm anywhere except below my bed and it might wake my nana when she's over and my dad dose 12 hours shifts 4pm to 5am so when my mom's off he needs to sleep and it might wake him and then he'll be cranky lol
