If you have a question, you’re not alone. We’ve answered thousands, and no topic is off-limits. Ask Vicki is a real person (not a bot!). She has plenty of experience but isn’t a medical professional—if she doesn’t have the answer, she’ll help you find the right support.
We’re here for you—just ask!
Find Your Answer
If you’ve asked Vicki a question she’ll post the answer on this page (and the best thing is nobody will ever know it was you that asked!).
Once you’ve asked your question there are four different ways to find out the answer you need:
1.
Type in the unique reference number you were given after you asked your question.
2.
Enter a keyword or words from the question you asked to find an answer. For example use the keywords 'period' 'first', if you asked, "I'm 13, when will I get my first period?"
3.
Search for a question by clicking on one of the categories.
4.
Look through the most recently asked questions, which appear below.
You never know, the other questions that have been asked might be worth looking at too. :)

I started growing my boobs last year and they were only little lumps that I think are called Breast Buds. Now they haven’t changed much and I don’t think they are growing. Is this normal?

I am 13 and I have larger breasts than most people in my age bracket. Sometimes when I wear certain clothes I feel like I am inappropriately dressed even though I am not.i also wonder I it's ok to not wear a bra sometimes.

hey, my boobs are really painful. i usually get painful and tender boobs before my period, but its never for longer than a week. this time, they have been really sore for almost 2 weeks and i haven't got my period still. i would say they are more tender than usual, and they seem to have increased in size and feel a lot heavier than they usually do when i get boob pain. i presumed the pain was due to my period as its a symptom i usually always get, but my periods have been going really irregular lately, so now i'm wondering if this pain is as a result of something else? i am 18 years old if that is of any help. thanks x
