28AA is your bra size based on these measurements and the great news is, that there are first bras in this size, check out stores like M&S, Matalan or Primark, they will have a great choice for you.

No matter your size, wearing a good, supportive, and comfortable bra won’t affect how your breast tissue develops, that’s something your body does naturally. The right bra is all about comfort and support, not changing your shape or growth.

If you choose a bra with wires, just make sure the wires sit flat against your ribcage and not on your breast tissue. If they press on the breast itself, they can cause discomfort and, in rare cases, irritation or damage to breast tissue. So always check the fit and adjust if needed. A well-fitting bra should feel secure but never painful.

34DD is your bra size based on the measurements you have supplied. If you are new to breast development, please measure again ensuring the tape is not twisted or too loose.

Once you have been having periods for a while, you may notice your discharge is thicker and creamier just before your period. But during puberty when hormones are all over the place, it can be difficult to identify when a period is coming just by looking at your discharge.

Your measurements suggest you’re around a 36AA, but make sure you double-check! The tape should be straight and not twisted, and your numbers need to be accurate for the best fit. If you’re unsure, you can always measure again or ask for help in a store they’re used to it and happy to guide you.

Hi there, discharge can be unpredictable, and what you’re noticing is totally normal. Sometimes it’s thick and creamy, and other times it’s clear and watery and you might barely notice it. This happens because your body changes throughout your cycle, and discharge is just your body’s way of keeping things healthy. As for asking your mum about panty liners and a bra, I know that conversation can feel awkward. A good tip is to bring it up casually maybe when you’re talking about clothes or shopping. You can say something like, “I think I’m ready for a bra, and I’d like to have panty liners for when discharge is heavier.”

Most mums remember how tricky puberty can be and will want you to feel comfortable and confident.
