Terms and Conditions: Lil-Lets and Zappit Coupon Promotion (Promotion)

1. The Promotor is:

2. Promotion Product(s):

   1. Extra Protection Maxi Pads 10 pack,

   2. Extra Protection Ultra Pads 10 pack,

   3. Extra Protection Liners 30 pack, and

   4. Non-App Ultra Tampons 10 Pack.

3. Promotion Period

   1. Promotion is valid from 5^th of January 2026 until 1^st of February 2026 (both days inclusive) or upon 10,000 (ten thousand) barcode redemptions, whichever is sooner.

4. Participating Stores

   1. The Participating Stores in this Promotion are:

      1. UK Sainsbury’s; and

      2. Tesco

   2. This Promotion is only applicable to selected stores of the Participating Stores which will be communicated to the public.

5. Redemption

   1. Maximum 1 (one) redemption per person across the Promotional Period.

   2. When ready to pay, scan the applicable original barcode provided in accordance with point 7 below at the till to redeem and receive a free Promotion Product.

      1. Copies of the barcode will not be accepted.

   3. The Coupon can only be redeemed in-store at Participating Stores and is not available against online purchases or Click and Collect.

   4. Must be used in a single transaction and only 1 (one) Coupon redemption can be made per transaction.

   5. The Coupon is only valid for the Promotion Period.

   6. The Promotion is conducted in England only.

   7. The Coupon is not for re-sale or exchange.

6. Data Controllers

8. Accessing the Coupon

   1. To request access to the Coupon, the holder of the Coupon must visit the website address for the Promotion and provide:

      1. full name,

      2. mobile telephone number and /or email address.

   2. Once the necessary information is provided, the requestor will receive a unique link, via an SMS/text message to the mobile telephone number and/or email address provided.

   3. To access the barcode, use the link provided in the text/email message on your mobile device and click the ‘Tap to pay’ button when you have the Promotion Product and are at the till ready to pay as this will unlock your barcode. Once unlocked you will have 20 (twenty) minutes in which to use it by scanning the barcode. It is strongly advised to only unlock when ready to make payment at the tills, as once the 20 minute timer has lapsed, access to the Coupon will automatically expire, irrespective of the Promotion Period.

9. Expiration

1. Once the link is provided, it must be activated and used at a Participating Store within7 (seven) days from receiving the link before it expires.

2. The Promotion runs for the Promotion Period or ends when 10,000 (ten thousand) Redemptions have been reached, whichever is sooner. Do not attempt to redeem the Coupon once the Promotion has ended as it will be rejected.

9. Additional Information

1. The Promotion Products included in the Promotion is subject to availability and whilst stocks last at ParticipatingStores. If the selected Promotion Product is not available, this offer cannot be used against any other Promotion Product as an alternative.

2. Only 1 (one) original (not a copy) can be used per person and per transaction. Maximum 1 (one) redemption per person across the Promotional Period, unless stated otherwise.

3. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other 3^rd party offer, however, can be used alongside Participating Store in store promotions if applicable.

4. May not be auctioned, sold, traded, transferred, assigned or exchanged for cash.

5. Void if altered, photocopied/screenshotted or reproduced (whole or part). Any such misuse may constitute a prosecutable offence.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse redemption if it has reason to believe the barcode has been presented other than in accordance with these terms.

7. By requesting to access in terms of point 7 above, the requestor accepts to receive an SMS/text/email message containing the unique link for the digital barcode and reminder texts to prompt redemption.

8. By requesting access in terms of point 7 above, the requestor will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the requestor has consented. The personal data will be processed in accordance with current Data Protection legislation and the Data Controller’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the Data Controller’s website or upon request.

9. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described herein for the purposes of the Promotion.

10. Liability and Warranties

1. Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent participation.

2. Neither the Promoter and / or third parties involved in the management of this Promotion are responsible for invalid requests and do not provide any warranty on the Promotion Product, save for those required by law.

11. General

    1. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

    2. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all Promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

    3. Zappit undertakes a range of measures and validation checks in order to minimise coupon and voucher abuse which may, on occasion result in a decision not to issue specific coupons/vouchers. Neither Zappit nor Lil-Lets UK are under any obligation to enter into any correspondence in this regard.

    4. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Participants in the Promotion hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.

    6. Errors in printing, spelling or composition and similar errors have no value and cannot be invoked as a remedy against the Promoter and / or third parties.

    7. No element of the Promotion or the management of which may be reproduced or published without the express prior written authorization of the Promoter.

    8. The Promoter reserves the right, in a reasonable manner and taking into account the concrete circumstances, to adapt the rules of the Promotion and / or interrupt or stop the Promotion, without prior notification in the event of circumstances outside of their control. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation. However, the Promotor will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
